United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) - Business and Industry Guaranteed Loans

USDA Business and Industry (B&I) guaranteed loan program provides the opportunity for Rural Development to collaborate with the lending institution that is providing project financing by providing a guarantee on the loan which has benefits for both the lender and the borrower. USDA guarantees are eligible for loans up to $10 million and in certain instances up to $25 million.
