Our team of economic development professionals serve as a vital resource for entrepreneurs, established businesses, and new ventures, to enhancing the economic vitality of the region.

The economic development team members are City of Norfolk staff with an advisory board, the Norfolk Area Economic Development Council, which has county-wide representation. The economic development staff also has ex-officio representation and provides project management services for the Greater Norfolk Economic Development Foundation.
