Downtown Redevelopment Opportunity

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a qualified developer for the acquisition and redevelopment of 108 N. 4th Street, Norfolk, Nebraska, more commonly known as The Kensington.

The Norfolk Housing Agency (NHA) has owned the property since 1998 and is seeking to return        The Kensington to the initial use when built in 1926; and that is as a “Boutique Hotel” to accent the ongoing Downtown Norfolk development.
